This provençal-style Rosé was made with a saignée method (free run juice), without skin contact, in order to extract soft, pale pink color and maintain crisp aromatics. The cooperage was 1 month in a stainless steel tank at 45 degrees.
On the nose, you’ll encounter the light perfume of floral notes and fresh strawberries. On-point, refreshingly light acidity and minerality balance the ripe red fruit flavors, which linger with a subtle hint of sweetness.
Rosé is best paired with shellfish, seasoned french fries, spicy fried chicken, and other cajun cuisine.
Composition: 50% Merlot, 20% Roussane, 20% Trebbiano, 10% Albariño
