This provençal-style Rosé was made by the saignée method (free run juice, saignée means bled in french), with miniml skin contact, in order to extract soft, pale pink color and maintain crisp aromatics. The cooperage was 5 month in a stainless steel tank at 45 degrees.
On the nose, you’ll encounter the light perfume of floral notes and fresh strawberries. On-point, refreshingly light acidity and minerality balance the ripe red fruit flavors, which linger with a subtle hint of sweetness.
Rosé is best paired with shellfish, seasoned french fries, spicy fried chicken, and other cajun cuisine.
