From 3,300 ft vineyards in the Texas High Plains, this Vermentino–Muscat blend highlights fruit from One Elm and Reddy Vineyards, shaped by intense sun and cool nights. Crafted in a low-intervention style, each lot was fermented and aged separately in stainless steel with short maceration to build texture without sacrificing freshness.

The result is a vibrant, aromatic white—lychee, apricot, and citrus zest layered with floral lift and a subtle mineral thread. A soft, rounded mid-palate meets bright acidity, creating a wine that feels both lively and textured. It’s expressive, balanced, and effortlessly drinkable, with just enough depth to keep things interesting. Tech Sheet
