From the Texas High Plains and Hill Country, this Cerasuolo blends Aglianico and Montepulciano from Reddy Vineyards with small additions of Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, and hand-harvested Pasenate Noir from Banff Vineyards. Crafted in a low-intervention style, each component saw short skin contact and was fermented separately in stainless steel before blending.
The result is a bright, chillable red with notes of cranberry, red apple, and rose leaf, lifted by fresh acidity and a lightly savory edge. Textural yet easygoing, it’s an expressive, food-friendly wine that doesn’t take itself too seriously—perfect for passing around the table. Tech Sheet
