Vermouth Bianca.
Texas High Plains Orange wine is the foundation for this bitter citrus forward aromatized wine. Skin Contact Albarino is blended with brandy macerated Tarragon, South Texas Grapefruit, bitter Orange Peel and quinine. This is plenty capable on its own or over ice but adds beautiful depth of flavor to a variety of cocktails. Little bottle = big flavor.
Our production has always taken cues from European/Mediterranean tradition - everything from variety selection to cellar practices. Vermouths and aromatized wines are a cornerstone of European drinking tradition yet tragically ignored in our times, especially in Texas. We felt it was time to change that.

White grapes in the arduous Texas Hill Country environment are hard to come by so when given the chance to produce this field blend from the wonderful Salt Lick we were absolutely ecstatic. Cane pruned and planted to tight spacing - this block is set up exclusively for hand tending. You couldn't get a tractor through even if you wanted to.
These 3 heat hardy varieties performed admirably in what turned out to be the second hottest vintage in Texas history. Despite the torturous heat, the fruit managed to translate that struggle into a beautiful floral forward full bodied white wine that is both a wonderful encapsulation of resiliency in Texas viticulture and a great symbol of our evolution as winemakers. It is both big and fresh. It is both vibrant and opulent. Its a fantastic display of time and place ; of climate and cuisine. Cheers to vineyard block number 8 "OCHO".

Cerasuolo "Cherry Style" is inspired by the popular Abruzzo and Sicilian winemakers. A chillable light bodied red wine popular in sunny cafes and beachside bodegas and bars.
Softer acidity, light salinity, and soft supple fruit notes with a clean refreshing mid palate and finish. Goes down so easily and pairs pleasantly with fresh seafood, salads, and crudites.
