Originating in the Adriatic and Rhône Valley, our 100% Viognier shines as brightly as its Old World counterparts in Texas. The intensity of the sun and drought in 2022 made this a hot, high alcohol vintage, which we balanced with full skin contact, an extended maceration and light oxidation in foudre.
