Half bottle - 2.5 Glasses per bottle, 375ml. Sparkling.
Gewürztraminer is quite rare in Texas; we only know of a couple vineyards growing it. This particular vineyard only grows a couple rows of it - we took all the fruit. Our terroir (warmer with more sun) leads to a much fruitier version of Gewürztraminer than the typical minerality and acidity of it's European counterparts.
Crisp and bright. Ginger, mango, lychee, citrus, and a little grassy.
