"This Albariño and Malvasia Bianca blend came together to produce an acidic, bright, tannic, skin contact white wine. Aromas of dried orange, sea shells and citrus peel. Tastes of salinity and acidic fruit with an earthy, dry finish."

Skin contact Albariño for 8 days, topped with Malvasia Bianca. Aged in glass carboys on lees for 3 months, then racked and bottled. Aged in bottle for 2 months. Bottled san soufre.
