2019 Malbec, aged in neutral oak for 2 yrs, refermented with pressed 2021 Alicante Bouschet + Tempranillo skins for 30 days, Sprayberry (Midland) and Salt Lick + Robert Clay (Hill Country), multi-vintage ripasso, blackberry compôte, plum, eucalyptus, green olive, potting soil.

We're really proud of these ripasso bottles. They have been such a fun process to learn. Each is it's own experiment and each yields something novel and exciting. This reiteration of Malbec wears the title and the method especially well.
