This small batch wine was made by our very own assistant winemaker Adrienne Ash. Grown in the Texas High plain at Canted County Vineyards this Montepulciano was fermented and aged 4 months in terra-cotta amphora. It produced a wine with marasca cherry, dark plum, and black current under a veil of allspice, savory tobacco, old leather, clay-like minerality with dried violets and rose blossom accents.
