Light red. Chuggy. In a can. What more do you want?
2020 Hill Country Rosso is a single vineyard blend of Sangiovese and Montepulciano from the Mandola Estate Vineyard. This vineyard saw its first plantings as far back as 1997, with the Monte and Sangio going in between 2004 and 2007.
These varieties were chosen because of climatic, spiritual, and familial connections; The Hill Country is the heart of winemaking in Texas, known for sunny weather and an easy-drinking disposition
Hand harvested, open bin ferment, native yeast and bacteria. No sulphur or acid added. This low intervention approach lets you taste the story written by the vintage, not the vintner. 11.33% ABV
