Our first skin-fermented white wine. 80% Marsanne. 20% Roussanne. 14 days on skins together. Very unique color. It's an excellent example of how much flavor is left out of standard white wines by removing the skins. Aromas of spice
(cinnamon, clove) and pressed flowers. Light fruit notes of asian pear and quince on the palette. Back notes of bergamot and black tea.
This wine is suited for aging but drinks well young.
