"This sangiovese & picpoul blended together created a bright, acid-driven, mature rosé. The methode traditionnelle process unlocked Texas terroir. Aromas of minerals, clay, sea shells and mustard seeds. Tastes of strawberry creme, heirloom tomatoes and rye bread."
Method Traditionnelle sparkling wine. Fermented and aged in clay amphora. Hand riddled and disgorged. Lees aged bottle for 6 months pre-disgorge. Fermented dry, fully malolactic.
Available in 750ml and 375ml bottles.
